Rachel's Tip

Just like a tree, root down powerfully into your standing leg and reach your arms up to the sky. Set your gaze to one place and keep your gaze and breath calm and steady. If you are having trouble balancing, you can always lower your foot down your leg or lightly place it on the floor. Rachel is an instructor and co-owner of Hometown Yoga in Macon Georgia.
